HOUSE RULES:
* No Smoking in Villa, outside on deck only.
* No pets allowed.
* No parties allowed.
* Check-in 3 PM (For early check-in requests, please let us know in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate)
* Check-out before 11 am
* Overnight guests $65/night per person.
* Please turn off AC when leaving property to conserve energy.
* Keep outside noise to a minimum after 10PM.
* Must be 25 or older to reserve. Identification will be required at time of arrival.
Air Conditioning: Though the ceiling fans typically keep the villa cool and comfortable, air conditioning is available in all of the bedrooms, please do not use the air conditioning with the doors and windows open. It is free, if used judiciously.
Additionally, we require a separate liability waiver to be signed prior to check in.
